Please complete a contact form. I will get back to you with detailed information based on your interest. Once you decide what package is the best for you, I will forward a contract and an invoice. A retainer fee is required for all projects so that I may schedule time to dedicate to your project.
I’m not an artist or a non-profit in the arts. Can we still work together?
It's a definite possibility! While I do focus on providing clients in the arts and culture industries, I love collaborating with creative entrepreneurs — especially of your products or services are making the world a better place. Please reach out on my contact page and tell me about your project.
How soon can you start?
It depends. Because I choose to work with only 2-3 select clients at a time, there may be times when I can’t start immediately, so depending on your project needs, I will let you know my availability up front.
What website platforms do you work with?
I prefer to work with Squarespace and Wordpress, but can also work with Wix.
Can I customize my service package?
Yes, thank you for asking. Once you receive my brochure, you'll see an outline of my signature services. You'll also find a list of add on services to select from. Should you need a custom proposal, please let me know so that I can put together a package that fits your needs.
Do you have a retainer fee?
Yes. It ensures that I reserve time on my schedule specifically for your project. The retainer fee is applied to your overall project cost.
What are your payment terms?
I generally break project fees down into 2 payments, which includes a retainer fee, to be paid before the work begins, and final payment due once my work for the project is complete. With web design projects, depending on the complexity of the project, I may break the fee into 3 payments, with a retainer fee due with a signed agreement to book your project, a second fee due a month later, and a balance payment due prior to site launch.
What if I am not satisfied with the product after two rounds of edits or refinement?
To ensure that we are a good fit for each other, I have created a client discovery questionnaire that I will ask you to complete before the work begins. In addition, we will schedule a free ½ hour call or face-to-face meeting where we will discuss your project goals and iron out any details that may not be clear, or may not have been captured in the questionnaire. I will make every effort to provide you with my best work, and ensure that you will be satisfied, but, if for some reason, additional revisions or iterations are requested, the work will be billed at a minimum hourly rate of $100/hour.
